Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the KhaadDealer application (the "Service") operated by DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd ("us", "we", or "our"). By installing the Application (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please review them carefully before installation and/or acceptance.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
The "Application" shall mean "KhaadDealer", the software provided by DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd to offer services related to fertilizer dealers, distributors, product information, agricultural advisories, weather information, and related services, to be used on any supported operating system or device, including all upgrades, enhancements and supporting documentation. Any personal information supplied while using the Application shall be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Application allows users to access various functionalities available within KhaadDealer. When creating or accessing an account, users must provide information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the account. Users are responsible for safeguarding their OTP and login credentials and agree not to disclose them to any third party. Users must immediately notify DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. All activities carried out through the registered account shall remain the responsibility of the account holder.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, software, content, logos, designs and intellectual property rights associated with KhaadDealer are owned directly by DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd, unless otherwise specified.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Application solely for its intended purpose.
KhaadDealer provides licensing for individual authorized use only. Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of the Application. Users shall not attempt unauthorized access to backend systems or misuse any services provided through the Application. DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Application or any of its services at any time without prior notice. Users acknowledge that charges imposed by their respective mobile network providers or internet service providers remain their own responsibility.
The Application is intended for supported Android and iOS devices.While reasonable efforts will be made to ensure uninterrupted availability, service availability depends on multiple third-party systems including network providers, cloud infrastructure and external integrations.DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for temporary outages or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
To use the Application, users must have a compatible Android or iOS device, internet connectivity, a supported operating system version and a valid mobile number for authentication. Software requirements may change periodically as new features and services are introduced.
DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if continued access is deemed inappropriate. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user under these Terms shall immediately cease and the user must discontinue use of the Application. Provisions relating to ownership, limitation of liability and other clauses intended to survive termination shall continue to remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, device damage or service interruptions. Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
In order to provide features and services available through KhaadDealer, the Application may collect certain information with the user's consent. Such information may include personal information such as mobile number, dealer information, mFMS ID and account-related information. The Application may also collect device-related information including device model, operating system version, application version, device identifiers and diagnostic information necessary for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Location information may be collected while the application is in use and, where permitted by the user and operating system, in the background for providing location-based services.Location data may be used for geography-specific Agricultural Advisories,Region-specific, Recommendations, Dealer Mapping, Location-based Notification and related services. Location information may be securely transmitted to Company servers and/or authorized service providers for processing.
The security of personal information is important to DextraLabs Innovation Pvt Ltd. The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure and absolute security cannot be assured.
The information, recommendations, notifications and services provided through the KhaadDealer Application are intended solely for informational and business assistance purposes. While DextraLabs Innovation Pvt. Ltd. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed is accurate and up to date, it does not warrant or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of such information.
Certain information and services available through the Application are sourced from publicly available government platforms and other authorized third-party sources. Mandi-related information is sourced from AGMARKNET through the Government of India's Data Portal (data.gov.in), rake-related information is sourced from the Freight Operations Information System (FOIS), and information relating to Government Schemes is sourced from data.gov.in and other official government platforms, wherever applicable. Such information is displayed for the convenience of users and remains subject to updates, modifications, delays and revisions by the respective source authorities. DextraLabs Innovation Pvt. Ltd. acts only as an information aggregator and does not independently verify or authenticate the accuracy or completeness of such information.
Weather information displayed within the Application is sourced from third-party weather service providers and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies or changes beyond our control. Users are advised to independently verify critical weather information before making farming or business decisions.
Disease and pest advisories, agricultural recommendations and related alerts may be sourced from authorized government platforms such as the National Pest Surveillance System (NPSS) or other external sources. Product recommendations displayed within the Application are indicative in nature and are intended to assist users in identifying potentially relevant products. DextraLabs Innovation Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the suitability, effectiveness, performance or outcomes of any recommended product and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from its use.
Product availability, pricing, campaigns, inventory information and stock status are subject to change without prior notice and may vary across locations, distributors and authorized dealers. Display of such information within the Application does not constitute a guarantee of availability or an offer for sale.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any information, recommendation or service available through the Application and for making their own business, agricultural or commercial decisions. DextraLabs Innovation Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on information provided through the Application or from interruptions, inaccuracies, delays or unavailability of government data sources, third-party services or any other external information providers. Users are advised to independently verify critical information from the relevant official government authorities or other authoritative sources before relying upon it for any business, financial or operational purpose.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time.Material changes may be communicated through the Application or other appropriate communication channels.Continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Privacy Policy.
